Terms and Conditions
Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and related services operated under the name VisitStruga (“VisitStruga”, “we”, “us”). By browsing VisitStruga, submitting inquiries through our contact channels, or using registered administrative features made available to you, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use VisitStruga.
Privacy policy explains how we handle personal information and works together with these Terms.

The service
VisitStruga provides informational and promotional content about Struga and the surrounding region, including directories of places and activities, dining and hospitality listings where applicable, accommodation-oriented suggestions, events, news, municipal references, regulations, and related materials. Certain hospitality businesses may also offer an optional digital menu accessible via a public link or QR-style access.
We aim to keep VisitStruga useful and accurate, but listings and editorial content may change, pause, or be removed without notice where reasonably necessary for quality, compliance, security, or operational reasons.
Accounts and access
Access to administrative tools (for example dashboards used by staff or authorized business representatives) requires an account issued or approved by us. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Where offered, optional two-factor authentication is strongly encouraged.
You must provide accurate registration and profile information and keep it updated when it materially changes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use VisitStruga in any way that violates applicable law or infringes others’ rights.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users’ accounts, or non-public areas of the service.
- Interfere with or disrupt the website, including by introducing malware, excessive automated scraping, or actions that degrade performance or security.
- Post, upload, transmit, or encourage content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, fraudulent, defamatory, or that promotes illegal activity.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or impersonate another person or organization.
- Use VisitStruga to send unsolicited bulk communications without our prior consent.
Submissions, listings, and business content
When you submit information to us—through the contact form, during onboarding of a listing, through an authorized account, or otherwise—you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it is materially accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You are responsible for the lawfulness of content you supply (including text, images, trademarks, logos, and menu descriptions) and for obtaining any permissions, licenses, or consents needed to publish it on VisitStruga. We may refuse, edit, suspend, or remove content that appears incomplete, misleading, inappropriate, unsafe, duplicative, or incompatible with VisitStruga’s purpose or policies.
Publication of a listing, event mention, menu, or similar feature does not constitute our endorsement of any business, product, or service unless we clearly state otherwise.
Digital menus and public pages
Where digital menus or other business-specific pages are made available on VisitStruga, availability, items, descriptions, allergens, pricing (if shown), and hours are provided by the relevant business or its authorized users. Menus may be outdated; always confirm critical information (including allergens, prices, and availability) directly with the business.
Intellectual property
VisitStruga, including its branding, layout, selection and arrangement of materials, software, and original editorial content we create, is protected by intellectual property laws except where third-party materials are used under license or by permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our proprietary materials except as allowed by law or with our written consent.
Trademarks and logos appearing on listings belong to their respective owners; display on VisitStruga does not grant you any license to use them.
Third-party services, maps, and links
VisitStruga may embed or rely on third-party features (such as interactive maps), scripts, or linked websites. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Linked destinations are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party content or practices.
Disclaimer
VisitStruga is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation, except where such disclaimers are not legally permitted.
Information on VisitStruga may contain errors or omissions. Municipal, regulatory, event, or directory details should be verified with the relevant institution or organizer when decisions depend on them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VisitStruga and its operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of—or inability to use—the website or services.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from these Terms or your use of :site shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us specifically for the disputed paid service in the three months preceding the claim (if any), or (b) fifty euros (€50). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless VisitStruga and its operators from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or content or submissions you provide.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to VisitStruga, or to particular accounts or features, where reasonably necessary—for example to address security risks, suspected abuse, legal requests, or prolonged inactivity policies we communicate where relevant. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will continue to apply.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are posted. Continued use of VisitStruga after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you reside. Courts with competent jurisdiction in North Macedonia shall have exclusive venue for disputes arising from these Terms, unless a mandatory rule of law provides otherwise.
If your organization is established outside North Macedonia or you prefer a different governing law, replace this section after review with qualified legal counsel.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
